Our goal is to deliver exceptional products and service to you! This includes getting the parts that you ordered to you quickly and without damage. Currently we offer affordable shipping using FedEx. We are currently looking into other carriers for smaller packages and hope to have updates soon.
Our current shipping policy offers discounted shipping for parts, flat-rate shipping for Primal RC vehicles, and discounted shipping for vehicles from other brands like 30 Degree North. When purchasing a vehicle AND parts you can opt to have the parts shipped for free inside the vehicle box.
All items are new, in box, in stock, and ready to ship from Mississauga, Ontario unless otherwise noted. All items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is cleared. We inspect all products before shipment to ensure quality of the products. Packages can be tracked online. We ship using FedEx and offer combined shipping.
We cannot currently ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. There are certain instances where over-sized packages and expedited shipping like Next Day shipping may require additional charges or be unavailable for certain locations.
The Pro Build Service is not currently available in Canada.
Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day (typically Monday if it is not a holiday). For Next Day Saturday delivery, please contact us right away to ensure that you receive your package on time.
For credit card purchases, we must ship the order to the verified and matched billing address of the credit card in order to have seller protection for the transaction. If you are trying to have an item shipped to a different address other than this, the system may block the transaction or we may contact you to void the transaction. If you have trouble completing the order in our store please contact us and we will assist you.
